"RC" series of cobalt containing bonding agents

 

    "RC" series of cobalt containing bonding agents is suitable in particular for the bond of natural rubber, 3-poybutadiene rubber styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) or their compounds with brass, zinc plated steel cord, metal plates and various bare steels .It is also especially suitable for the bond of brass plating with various thicknesses It is an ideal bonding agent for direct bond of the steel wire meridian tyres steel wire fortified hoses and conveyors as well as other rubber-metal composite products.
    The bonding agents that contain cobalt decanoate RC D20 or cobalt boro-carboxylate RC-B23, RC-16, RC-11 are better than the common cobalt bonding agents in their capability. They are resistant to heat, moisture, steam, salt solutions and can protect metals from corrosion. In use of them the amount is small and the cost is lower and no particular technological requirements.
    The solid cobalt naphthenate RC-N10 and cobalt stearate RC-S95 are purer and more stable in quality than the liquid cobalt naphthenate, which can ensure the bonding strength.
All of the cobalt containing bonding agent (the RC series) are in a solid state, so they are not only easy to use, but also can increase the accuracy of measurements and reduce the environment pollution.
